100% Cotton fits like a Glove. Buy 1 size up for shrinkage. Luckily I like mine a little snug . Great Looking Shirt, Great cotton material and I give it an 8.5 out of 10 only deductions is for the shrink but that I am actually extremely happy with because the XL came looking like a 2XL.. still barely fit but definitely does fit and looks fantastic.

I'm 66, 5' 7" and was at 220lb. I said no more. First I lost 57lb. By stopping all junk food and even fasting for 4-5 days at a time. After eating protein rich foods and giving myself about 700-800 cal. a day when I did eat, I'm down to 163lb. I then started a subscription and had Mr. Jones send some creatine my way. Started lifting weights for 3 hours 15 sets of 20 reps every other day and started taking protein powder. Jones you need protein powder in your store. I also dusted off my mountain bike and started riding Towpath trail Akron, Ohio. The creatine probably won't make me superman like Jones. but after 3 weeks I actually felt my muscles becoming bulkier and a uplifting feeling right after each recommender dose 5g I think. Now it's been about 6-7 weeks and I feel 25 no joke. After 4 weeks on my Cannondale trail 8 with 2.25 tires I can officially say I can do 100km on my bike in 6h 3m. Not bad and I've only just started. Best part is the girls are definitely taking notice. And girls creatine will work for you to, you just have different muscles, lol.

It's pretty easy to put together as long as you follow the instructions. So far the water tastes really good. Only issue I've had with it is apparently I put too much water in the top I didn't think I did and it started spilling out of the middle section where the two main pieces fit together. So you can only put so much water in it. Other than that it's pretty good.

I now have 2 of your filters! One is for giving away! I have 2 absopure filters and 1 big Berkey. Yours is the best! I’m especially glad there are seperate filters for fluoride! I’m amazed that the ADA still claims fluoride is good for your teeth. Not really surprised because it seems like everybody is our government lies! I’m 74 and don’t have one single tooth left in my head that is real! Every 6 months when I was growing up the dentist would give me fluoride treatments! Stop bashing BOOMERS!
