Automatic Renewal Terms

Some products on our site are offered as subscriptions. When you enroll in a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout unless you cancel in accordance with this policy.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each billing period until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.

All subscriptions include a minimum initial term of 30 days, beginning on the date the subscription is created. Subscriptions may not be canceled during this 30-day minimum term.

All material subscription terms — including pricing, billing frequency, the 30-day minimum term, and cancellation instructions — are presented clearly before purchase.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing period selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period unless the subscription is canceled before the current billing cycle ends.

Once a billing period begins, the charge for that period is considered final and the associated order enters processing and fulfillment.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are subject to a 30-day minimum term. Subscriptions may not be canceled during the first 30 days after the subscription is created. This 30-day minimum term cannot be shortened, waived, or overridden by our customer support team.

After the initial 30-day term has elapsed, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Canceling a subscription stops all future renewals and charges after the current billing cycle.

Canceling a subscription does not cancel or refund charges that have already been processed for the current billing period.

Charges After Renewal

If a subscription renewal charge has already been processed, a new billing cycle has begun.

If you contact us after a renewal charge occurs and your subscription is past its initial 30-day term, we can cancel your subscription to prevent future billing. However:

• The charge for the current billing cycle will not be reversed
• The order associated with that billing cycle will still be processed and fulfilled
• Cancellation applies to future renewals only

This applies even if the order has not yet shipped, as the billing cycle has already started.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are not issued automatically for subscription orders once a billing cycle has begun. Charges incurred during the initial 30-day minimum term are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a product received through a subscription renewal, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-day return policy. Once the product is received within the return window and meets return requirements, a refund may be issued based on that policy.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Promotional & Introductory Offers

From time to time, we may offer subscription promotions, including free or discounted introductory periods.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional subscriptions automatically renew at the regular subscription price and frequency disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Promotional and introductory subscriptions are also subject to the 30-day minimum term and may not be canceled during the first 30 days after the subscription is created.

How to Cancel

Once the initial 30-day term has elapsed, you may cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:

• Through your online subscription management portal
• By contacting our customer support team

If you experience difficulty canceling online after the 30-day minimum term, our support team can assist you.

Support representatives are not able to cancel a subscription within the first 30 days, shorten the minimum term, or grant exceptions to it, regardless of the reason for the request.

Subscription Management

Through the subscription management portal, you may:

• View your next billing date
• Update payment or shipping information
• Cancel your subscription (available after the initial 30-day term)

Changes or cancellations made after a billing period has started will apply to future billing cycles only. Cancellation options become available in the portal once the subscription's 30-day minimum term has elapsed.
