How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within [1–2] business days. After fulfillment, orders are generally delivered within 7–8 business days across the USA via USPS.
Please note: all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, and delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress directly with USPS.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery estimates begin from the date of fulfillment, not the date the order is placed. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
What if my tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it?
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors, and contact your local USPS office. We are unable to be held responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
