Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Ultimate Survival Package Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored and run by Bigly ("Sponsor"), which operates The Alex Jones Store at thealexjonesstore.com. There is no outside promotion administrator. Questions about the Promotion can be sent to info@thealexjonesstore.com.

2. Who can enter

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (the "Territory"), excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, and who are located in the Territory when they enter. Residents of New York and Florida are eligible.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and of any company involved in producing, running or fulfilling the Promotion, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses) and households, are not eligible. The Promotion is void outside the Territory and wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on Sunday, November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Promotion.

4. How to enter

The only way to enter is the online entry form on the Promotion page at thealexjonesstore.com/pages/ultimate-survival-giveaway (the "Entry Form"), during the Promotion Period. Entering is free.

• Email entry. Enter a valid email address in the Entry Form to receive ten (10) entries. By entering your email address you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your entries or your chance of winning.
• Mobile number entry. After entering your email address, enter a valid U.S. mobile phone number in the Entry Form and confirm it with the one-time code sent to that number by text message to receive ten (10) more entries. If the number is already subscribed to Sponsor's text messages, no code is needed. By submitting your mobile number you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out does not affect your entries or your chance of winning. Adding a mobile number is optional: you may skip this step and keep your email entries.

LIMIT TEN (10) ENTRIES PER PERSON AND EMAIL ADDRESS FOR PROVIDING AN EMAIL ADDRESS, AND TEN (10) ENTRIES PER PERSON AND MOBILE PHONE NUMBER FOR PROVIDING A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWENTY (20) ENTRIES PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE PROMOTION PERIOD. Submitting the same email address or mobile number again does not earn more entries. Using more than one email address, mobile number or identity to get more entries than these limits allow will void all of that person's entries.

There is no other method of entry. No purchase, subscription or payment of any kind earns entries in this Promotion.

5. Entry conditions

Each entry must include all the information the Entry Form asks for. Incomplete entries, and entries made by any automated means, script, bot, entry service or bulk submission, are void. Proof of submitting the Entry Form is not proof that an entry was received. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. The drawing

On or about Monday, January 4, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions about the Promotion are final.

7. The prize

One (1) grand prize, "The Ultimate Survival Package", made up of the following items, with the approximate retail value ("ARV") of each:

• One (1) Survival Frog Tough Electric Lighter 2.0 (Black): ARV $34.97

Total ARV of the prize: $4,585.65.

The prize ships free of charge to the winner at a street address in the Territory within thirty (30) days after the winner has been verified. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize and must provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before the prize is shipped.

8. Prize conditions

Limit one (1) prize per person and household. The prize is awarded as described above and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. Any manufacturer warranty on a prize item is the only warranty that applies; Sponsor makes no other warranty, express or implied, about the prize. The prize will only be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules, and no more than one (1) prize will be awarded.

9. Winner notification and verification

The potential winner will be notified by email and by text message, using the email address and mobile number entered (by email only if no mobile number was entered). The potential winner must reply within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and to show government-issued photo identification, within the time Sponsor states.

If the potential winner does not reply within 72 hours, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, does not return the required documents on time or does not comply with these Official Rules, that person forfeits the prize and an alternate potential winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. No one is a winner until verified by Sponsor.

10. Winner's name

The winner's first name, last initial and state will be posted on the Promotion page at thealexjonesstore.com/pages/ultimate-survival-giveaway after the winner is verified.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with or tries to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, gives false information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, unfair or unsportsmanlike way.

12. Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, incomplete, garbled or not received for any reason; any technical failure of networks, phone lines, servers, software, email or text message delivery; any error in the operation of the Promotion or in printing or advertising; or any injury or damage to any person's computer or phone related to taking part in the Promotion.

13. Changes to the promotion

If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, a technical problem, a legal requirement or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that affects its fairness or proper operation, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the Promotion and, if it is cancelled, select the winner at random from the eligible entries received before the problem occurred.

14. Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, liability or loss arising from taking part in the Promotion or from accepting, owning or using the prize. To the fullest extent the law allows, any dispute will be resolved individually, without any class action, and any damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, excluding attorneys' fees and any punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's name, city and state, photograph, likeness and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotion in any media, without further payment or permission.

16. Privacy

Information collected through the Promotion is used to run the Promotion and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://thealexjonesstore.com/policies/privacy-policy. If the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules conflict, these Official Rules control for the Promotion.

17. Governing law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Sponsor is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Official Rules is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

18. Brands

EcoFlow, READYWISE and Survival Frog are trademarks of their owners. The makers of the prize items do not sponsor or endorse this Promotion and are not connected with Sponsor.
