I like the sea moss will continue taking it. Been on it over a week my stomach feels lighter and curved my appetite. As for the blue on day three it’s bitter I’ve now noticing the vanilla in it and I’m getting subtle energy. Will have to do a follow up on the blue.

Supporting Alex is so important. But the products are no joke. Between the Sea moss and the Gut Cleanse, both were game changers for me. I’m 45 and keep myself in pretty good shape, but as I’ve gotten older, my body has changed and how my body breaks down and digests food hasn’t improved with age.
