One of the sharpest knives I’ve ever owned. Cuts anything like butter. Very lightweight and i like the mat black finish. The handle was more smoother than i had hoped but I started to get used to it. Overall, great knife and very sharp blade.

Knife goes in and out of my pocket easy and secure. Positioned ready in hand for a simple flick of my right hand index finger to open and lock (don't have to look). Micarta handle well, what can I say? 5 stars is my new EDC.
Alex Jones Micarta Handle Blade
Store owner replied: This is a great breakdown, Kevin. Sounds like it’s become a really natural part of your EDC setup, which is exactly what you want from a reliable carry blade. Glad to hear the handle and action are working smoothly for you.
Elegant, sleek design, but don’t let that fool you. This knife is built rugged to handle everyday tasks, and being a contractor, I have put it to the test and it has not let me down. I especially love the clip position which just makes perfect sense. When pulling the knife off my belt, the quick blade release is easy and natural to activate. Best knife I’ve ever owned.
Alex Jones Micarta Handle Blade
Store owner replied: Thank you, Brett! Hearing this from a contractor who puts a knife through real world daily use means a lot. Very nice flipper action, fine finish and sharp out of the box. I keep this in the tray of our Honda CR-V EX-L as I found the clip to be less than I prefer... compare to a Spyderco Delica 4 as an example or even a Kershaw Oso
Alex Jones Micarta Handle Blade
Store owner replied: John, this is excellent detailed feedback and we appreciate it. Glad you’re enjoying the flipper action, finish, and sharpness right out of the box. Also appreciate the honest comparison and thoughts on the clip design.
Not very impressed with product. I can't figure out how to fold the knife. Also blade is not really that sharp. I have relegated knife to just cutting up cardboard boxes to put in garbage.

Saw the knife was back in stock one day and have had my eye on it since last Fall. It was a no brainer so I bought two and thanks to my VIP monthly store credit, only had to pay a fraction of the total cost. The red circle is a beautiful aesthetic contrast and the light-colored edge to the blade adds an additional "sleek" look to the overall profile. 5/5 stars would recommend for any knife collector or knife enthusiast, especially for those who have a preference for the "murdered-out" color palette.
Better than I expected
Nice and sharp! Light weight and easy to carry! Blade has no sloppy side to side play! Seems well made and should get many years use from the knife!
Alex Jones Micarta Handle Blade
Store owner replied: Scott, sounds like you have a great tool in hand! Lightweight, sharp, and built to last—perfect for many years of use.
Wow! A great little knife. Fits comfortably in my hand and has a great non slip handle which makes it easier to hold on to. The tension in the blade assist is perfect, not to tight so it's hard to open and not to light that it opens with gravity alone. Razor sharp edge that so far after several different uses, hasn't dulled a bit! Of course the flat black blade with the iconic alex Jones's signature just adds a finishing touch! Glad to have it in my collection!
Alex Jones Micarta Handle Blade
