Optimal Human Mints

Optimal Human Mints are fast-acting, zero-sugar mints that come in two formulas, so you can dial in exactly how you want to feel.* Mellow is a Calming Focus Formula built with L-theanine, ashwagandha, and magnesium glycinate to help the stress of the day melt away and lock you into calm, steady focus.* Energy is a Clean Energy Formula built with caffeine and L-theanine for a smooth, jitter-free lift.*

Both come 30 mints to a tin, share a crisp mint flavor, and deliver a full daily dose of B-vitamins (B3, B6, and B12). Keep one formula on hand — or both — and reset your state anytime, anywhere.

Each mint is designed to work fast. As it dissolves, the actives get to work shifting your state within minutes — no water, no pills, no waiting.*

Mellow: L-theanine and ashwagandha help take the edge off stress while magnesium and B-vitamins support a calm, focused headspace — perfect before a big task, a tense moment, or winding down at the end of the day.*

Energy: A measured dose of caffeine paired with L-theanine gives you clean, smooth energy and sharp focus without the jittery spike or afternoon crash.* Reach for it first thing, before a workout, or to beat the mid-day slump.

Just let one mint dissolve in your mouth whenever you need it.

Because these are fast-acting mints, most people feel a shift the very first time they use them.*

In minutes: Mellow brings a sense of calm clarity and steady focus as the stress of the day melts away.* Energy delivers a bright, clean lift and sharper focus — refreshed and mentally clear, with no jitters.*

Day to day: With zero sugar and a full daily boost of essential B-vitamins, both formulas make it easy to show up as your best self — present, patient, and ready for whatever the next hour brings.
