I jyst started drinking this on a daily basis along with the shiljt gummed. It does seem to increase energy level n possibly focus but not sure which one or both that increased energy n focus.
What was a little frustrating about the item was the scoop was buried so deep that I didn't think it had one. AND the directions aren't clear, it says use one scoop but doesn't say what ratio of powder to water or liquid! I had to Google to find the answer!! I looked all over the package several times and the print is so small on all the products that the company should maybe put a pamphlet in with the items so those of us whose eyes aren't as good as they use to be can not only buy the product but also use it correctly so we want to buy it again. If you don't use, at least for me, 12 or more ounces to one scoop it's SUPER sweet that it's almost Undrinkable, for me. Plus you really have to shake it up which the directions say that but you must constantly stir it as you drink it.

I really like this product a lot, The flavor of Freedom Mango seems to have a stronger sweet taste than the Patriot Punch to me. I like to add a scoop of Vitamin Mineral Fusion to a half scoop of Ultimate Power in a 16 oz. cup and it is as satisfying as any soda or cola but much better for you. I like to take a couple of Nitric Boost capsules before I drink it and I can't help but think that it
is improving my capillary system with better blood flow, endurance, and energy. And again, it is something that I look forward to drinking. Tastes great and is healthy.
