I've been taking Shilajit for about 3 to 4 months now, and overall I'm very pleased with the results. I can't say for certain whether it's directly responsible for giving me more energy, but I do know that I've been staying very active. I'm constantly busy with house chores, landscaping projects, and other work around the home. At 75 years old, I think staying this active is a good sign. I seem to have the motivation and stamina to keep tackling projects without feeling worn down. Whether that's from the Shilajit or not, I'm happy with how I've been feeling. One thing I can say with confidence is that I've experienced no negative side effects whatsoever. The product has been easy to take, and I've had a positive experience throughout the time I've been using it. Ordered a couple bottles a few months ago and these were delicious. So… we ordered again but this time the seal was broken on one bottle, they don’t look the same, they don’t taste the same and they are all stuck together like a giant blob inside the bottle. Not sure if you can see in the pic or not. Definitely would not recommend and we will not be ordering again. Not sure why you want to change something that WAS so good. Guess like everyone they trying to make cheaper crap to make more money.
