Ultimate turmeric was the first supplement I tried — after taking 1 gummy I immediately felt something to my surprise as I don’t really take any particular supplements but this I could feel on body and even a lasting pain seem to became better and this lasted over a week of just taking 1 a day. The feeling eventually stopped but I feel better and my shoulder felt better then it was before so I in my opinion do view the ultimate turmeric as effective and worth getting again.
