Can this knife be shipped to my state?

Yes — we ship to all 50 states with no state-specific restrictions from our side. That said, knife laws around blade length, fixed blades, daggers, and automatic-opening knives vary by state, county, and city, so it's the buyer's responsibility to confirm the knife is legal to own and carry where you live before ordering.

Questions before you purchase? Contact Info@thealexjonesstore.com.

What is the construction — blade, handle, and lock?

Each Alex Jones Store knife is built with a premium steel blade (most folders use D2 tool steel; fixed blades use 14C28N stainless) finished with a stone-washed surface to cut glare. Handles are built from grippy materials like G10 or linen Micarta-style scales for confident control.

Folding models use a secure lock mechanism (liner lock or shaft-style) for one-hand deployment. Fixed-blade models are full-tang and ship with a sheath included.

How do I care for and sharpen my blade?

Wipe the blade dry after every use and clean off moisture, fingerprints, or debris before storing. Apply a thin coat of light machine or mineral oil to the blade and pivot periodically to prevent corrosion — especially important for high-carbon steels like D2.

Sharpen on a quality whetstone, ceramic rod, or guided sharpener at the factory edge angle (typically 20-22° per side). Avoid power grinders — they ruin the heat treat.

Alex Jones Phantom Folding Knife

Store owner replied: Christopher, that’s awesome! Happy to hear you and your family are enjoying the knives.

I have 5 or 6 of the pocket knives and two fixed knives. I also own at least 20 t-shirts. All of the shirts are well made, the knives are sharp as hell and awesome and the five hats I purchased are also cool. High marks all around. You should sell a couple of axes, they have a open assisted one that is really cool out there.
