You can’t go wrong with any of AJN products, especially Ultimate Chill. Nearly everyone that I know over 50 has experienced sleep issues, myself included. At my age , I have diffulculty going to sleep at night .I think that taking two capsuls in the evening helps me to become more relaxed .and eventually falling to sleep.

This stuff is amazing!! I experienced post partum insomnia in early 2025 and never fully returned to normal so I had been taking things I’d prefer not to in order to sleep. Now I am sleeping so well without feeling groggy and tired the next day and I don’t feel guilty about what I’m consuming. It helps me wind down at night and relax a bit before I actually feel tired. The only “side effect” I’ve noticed is my dreams are WILD. They’re not bad or scary, but weird as ever and vivid. My husband and I laugh when I tell him the following day, so I suppose there’s entrainment value as well. I will keep taking this for sure.
