How does this vest fit and how should I size it?

This vest is a unisex fit built for both men and women — order your normal shirt size. It is cut to layer, so it goes right over a t-shirt, a flannel or a hoodie without feeling tight through the chest.

Available in sizes S through 4XL. A back yoke shapes the fit, and the drawcord hem pulls the bottom snug to keep the wind out, or leave it loose.

What is the vest made of and how is the design applied?

The body is 8 oz. 100% spun soft polyester fleece with an anti-pill finish, tested to twenty-five industrial washes. It is midweight and highly breathable — warm enough for cold mornings without cooking you indoors. A center full-zip with a dyed-to-match zipper and pull runs the front, taped clean on the inside, with two zip pockets and bound armholes.

The flaming feather on the left chest is embroidered in real thread, not printed. There is no vinyl, no heat transfer and no patch edge to lift, so there is nothing to crack or peel.

How do I wash and care for my vest?

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and skip the fabric softener — softener coats fleece and dulls the loft over time.

If you need to iron, press around the embroidery and never directly over the stitching.
