What exactly is in Nitric Boost?

Each 2-capsule serving contains 400mg L-Arginine, 400mg Alpha Ketoglutaric Acid (AKG), 200mg Citrulline HCl (as HydroNOx®), 100mg L-Citrulline, 100mg Malic Acid, 80mg Beta-Alanine, 30mg Niacin (Vitamin B3, 188% DV) and 30mg Calcium (from calcium carbonate, 2% DV). Other ingredients are gelatin capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

How do I take it?
