I take a lot of the supplements, so it's hard to say what's doing what in some cases. But they say Shiligit helps boosts testosterones and vitality, and I can tell you that women have been chasing after me big time, ever since I started taking it. I think their radars smell what Shiligit has been cooking up. That said, the supplements are all fantastic and seem to work synergistically.

Initially, noticed little to no effect- but as the months have gone my I have noticed an increase in my confidence and lessening in my anxiety overall. The only thing that would make this better would be to have this combined with the ultimate human and methylfolate- just because I cannot really do the gummies and when your taking multiple supplements - those pills add up quick.
