It is the perfect supplement to add to my water flask in addition to my methylene blue. I have been trying to regulate my weight and it has helped me feel satisfied with smaller food portions. I am not as hungry when am supplementing with it.

I was a fan of using X3 iodine formula. So once they released T-3 from my prior experience using X3 I was looking forward to adding back into my supplements. Recommend to all based off the studies and research about iodine deficiency, it was a no brainer to add it back in my supplement line up.
