THIS CREATINE TURNED MY WHOLE LIFE UP SEVERAL NOTCHES! I have mixed Optimal Human, and Bovine Colostrum into my protein shakes for a while but when I added the Ultimate Creatine WOW WHAT AN AMAZING EFFECT IT"S HAD ON ME!! I feel AMAZING and have started happily going to the gym lifting weights 3 days a week, and I started walking at least 2 miles every day. Between the ultra methylene blue and the creatine plus the shilajit my workouts have been great.. I just started back on my routine after a year off and I'm doing more n longer workouts than I did acyear ago, shocking! It's like my body doesn't want to stop when it's over! I'll be73 in July and I've been involved in weight training over 40 yrs and a few years in martial arts. It's great getting back into my training program again. Haven't tried the sea moss yet don't want to many things in my body whether it's healthy or not. I'm very healthy for my age but have suffer from chronic pain from a training injury in the 70's but it's doesn't stop my training unless it gets severe. I have been taking this Creatine powder for about a week now and I can already see a difference in my workouts. Taking 5-10 mg/day helps with my endurance and explosiveness during HITT training. Amino acsids are a key ingredient for my workouts and raw un sweetener are the best. I do a scoop in my mouth then wash down with alkaline water along with the Nitric pill and an hour later I'M RUNNING WILD in my gym " Brother!"
