A little over 30 days in and have noticed a difference. Combined with Methylene Red(full dropper daily), Methylene Blue(full dropper daily), Shilajit(daily) and Sea Moss(daily) All seem to work well with each other, stamina is fantastic, 6hrs sleep and full days with full energy! Waiting with Ultra DNA a little because I understand this one takes 60-90 days for full effect
